Caring for the Church Community
CORE OBJECITVE
To raise men and women with godly purposes [in the Grouped Soul], that will become leaders in every aspect and impact the Grouped Soul as the Lord mandates.
Spirituality
The GW stands as a platform to enhance the spiritual growth of all men and women in the Grouped Soul. This can be achieved by first directing brethren to Christ. We must all be born again. Following this, through organizing godly programs drawn from the Bible and letters, organizing prayer meetings, using other church programs to drive the spiritual goals for brothers and sisters. For GW National members and zonal coordinators, it is our responsibility to drive this mandate while understanding that we are meant to be a spiritual covering as well, to all members in our zones and the Grouped Soul at large.
Service
The GW serves as a platform to produce men and women of service and sacrifice. This we can achieve by orientating brethren on Service to God through the Grouped Soul. A clear understanding of the Grouped Soul's needs in Evangelism, Workforce, Charity, prisons, hospitals etc should be passed to each member. Platforms to absorb members depending on their strength should be created, and there should be measures of progress from time to time.
Welfare members are to ensure that they create Godly programs to drive these objectives in line with challenges within their zones and nationally in terms of finance, family, commitment to God etc.
Social Community
The GW serves as a platform to enhance the social well-being and development of each member. There should be social and family get together, and other social programs that enhance love, accountability and friendship amongst all brethren to form a Christ community where brethren are their brother's keepers on all fronts.
Welfare members must stand tall as Godly examples in communication, thinking, mindset, attitude, wealth and leadership. We must believe and act in the light of that possibility.
Skill Engagement
The GW serves as a platform to ensure that all members are engaged and productive to themselves, their families, to the Church, to God and the society at large. The GW must have platforms to address, engage various age grades of members, on what skill, or certificate, or investment that is necessary. The goal is to see that more members become independent, viable and committed to giving back to the Grouped Soul, rather than taking from it. GW members can capitalize on the decentralized Life Saving Projects and bring about viable change in their small corners.
Soul Winning
The GW serves as a platform to encourage and motivate members to the task of Soul winning, which is the core mandate of the Grouped Soul. All Evangelistic programs on soul winning will ideally be supported to members through the GW. Little and engaging tasks on increasing courage, accepting responsibility, and meeting the Church's Evangelistic goals should be encouraged. Personal evangelism should be
